We were recently at Egeskov slot on the island of Funen. The travel blog has all the deets and a few pictures.
Chuck and I love popcorn. My preference is microwave popcorn, but we don't have a microwave in our Denmark house, so I rely on good old fashion stove popped popcorn. Finding popcorn isn't the easiest task, but I did manage to find it at a grocery store in Germany.
I digress, back on topic. While we were at Egeskov, Chuck wanted a snack in the car museum, so he bought a 'French hotdog,' which is really just a hotdog on a toasted bun. He also bought a snack that will billed as "USA popcorn".
I think a better translation is....warm pork rinds. Definitely not popcorn.
LOL - you would think that the pictures on the USA popcorn container would give them some kind of clue that what they've put inside isn't USA popcorn!
