Dear fellow expats in Denmark-
You have probably seen the TDC commerical with the naked husband and wife as they go about their daily lives, picking weeds, washing the car, watering plants, exercising, grilling dinner, etc. My Danish is terrible, so I don't fully understand the commercial.
It definitely got my attention, but hmmmm, does anyone know what TDC (a communications company) is trying to sell with the crazy naked couple? I don't get it.

I saw it for the first time on Sat when a friend, WHO WORKS FOR TDC was here and she was explaining about the body suit they wear and the time it takes (very Mrs. Doubtfire), but that did not tell me what I wanted to really know...which was WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY TRYING TO GET ME TO BUY?!?! Can you imagine this commercial in America?!?!
ReplyDeleteIt's Søs and Kirsten. Danes love those two women. You can't go wrong in hiring them if you want to sell something.

ReplyDeleteRemember the three Vs? Villa, Volvo and Vøvse? Here they change it to Villa, Volvo and TDC :)
oh, by the way they are not two women. A guy called Peter Frødin plays the woman, the man is either Søs or Kirsten, not sure
